About Healthy Ky This December (2nd to 20th), La Trobe First-Year Nursing students are offering FREE health screenings to the Kyabram community! Latrobe University students, in partnership with the Kyabram Community Learning Centre and Kyabram District Health Service, are here to bring better health right to your doorstep—just in time for Christmas.

Come to our pop-up clinic at KCLC's new site at 152 Allan St, or find us in nearby locations for quick, easy health checks. By participating, you’re not only supporting the next generation of rural healthcare professionals, but you’re also taking an important step toward your own health and well-being.

Terms and Conditions for prize draw

1. Promotion dates/times: promotion will run 9am 2 December 2024 – 5pm 20 December 2024, Prize drawn on Monday 23 December 2024, the 3 winners will be notified via email on the same day with one of the following prizes:

2. Prizes: There will be 3 winners drawn who will win a $50 gift card for one of a local Kyabram outlet to be determined

3. Eligibility: To be entered into the draw for a prize, participants must first receive a Health screening from a La Trobe First Year Student then fill out a quick feedback survey which will include their email address. This promotion is valid at the Healthy Ky Pop-Up clinic 152 Allan St or any of the other Healthy Ky Pop ups in Kyabram or neighbouring towns visit www.myhealthyky.com for more information (promotion excludes the Hospital and Schools placements). 4. Announcement of winners: winners will be posted on www.myhealthyky.com for 30 days following the draw.

5. Privacy Policy: All data collected in the feedback survey will be for the purpose of supporting and growing the La Trobe University Nursing Student program, email addresses will only be used for the purpose of this promotion and will be deleted once the promotion has concluded.
